Our relationship with State Automobile Insurance began over 20 years ago when we were tasked with a single land acquisition project to ensure growth options for their corporate campus. Impressed by both our approach to the delicate negotiation process and the final results, the executive team began seeking our help on additional projects.

First assisting in lease negotiations for suburban offices in central Ohio. Then providing tenant representation for leases throughout the Midwest. Soon, we were operating like one of their own. We were commissioned to handle everything across the nation from:

  • Creating lease or ownership analysis of assets
  • Divesting strategic real estate assets in specific US markets
  • Providing tenant representation for 60+ office searches throughout the US
  • Managing construction and design services for new offices
  • Renegotiating existing leases
  • Land acquisition and construction oversight of a disaster data recovery center
  • Managing professional services relationships such as appraisers, surveyors, environmental analysis, real estate attorneys and more.
Because of the success we’ve had on each project, our relationship has come full circle. We recently redeveloped the land we acquired for State Auto over two decades ago. It’s a relationship we continue to enjoy; one that allows us to skillfully handle the nuances and details of our client’s various real estate needs.
