If this is a maintenance emergency, please call our office at (614) 760-5660 for immediate assistance. If your call is placed after normal business hours please follow the prompts to our emergency answering service, ext 5.

If this is a life threatening issue call 911 immediately.

For all other non-urgent requests, please click on the Tenant & Owner Access Link at the top of this page and enter your credentials (provided by our office) to submit a maintenance request through the Customer Portal. Note that these requests are received during normal business hours and will be reviewed the next business day if sent after 4:30pm.
