Budd Dairy Food Hall Opening April 6th The much anticipated Budd Dairy Food Hall, operated by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is now set to open its restaurant incubator April 6, 2021. Located in the heart of the booming Italian Village, the Food Hall will be located on the first floor and rooftop of the Budd Dairy redevelopment project at 1086 North Fourth Street. Besides the Food Hall concept, the remainder of the building consists of dynamic, loft-industrial office suites. Capitol Equities has just three office suites still available to lease, ranging from 1,888 to 3,950 square feet.

Arena District Building Becomes Home to Two Law Firms Capitol Equities, assisting both Meyer Wilson and Cooper Elliott in separate office searches, finalized a unique deal to place both practices in the 305 West Nationwide Boulevard building. The complimentary practices and frequency of referrals between the two firms made this an attractive proposal for both, who were looking to establish their new offices near downtown Columbus. The building was the former home of Versa Coworking, which closed in August due, in part, to the pandemic.

Local Cantina Coming to Canal Winchester Local Cantina, a taco oriented bar and restaurant, continues its plans for expansion in downtown Canal Winchester. This will be the eleventh location for the restaurant in central Ohio. Capitol Equities represented the landlord in leasing the 20 West Waterloo retail space, which is part of the brand new mixed-use project completed in late 2020.

New Operator Opens for Business on Rooftop Milo's Catering, after operating in the central Ohio market for over 20 years, has just opened for business as the new event operator for both the rooftop and loft-style spaces at the historic Smith Bros' Hardware Building overlooking downtown Columbus.

The North 4th Corridor Opens For Business Even in the midst of a pandemic, opportunities present themselves. This is the case with the Milo's Catering business, who has just signed leases to open three event spaces located at the iconic Smith Bros' Hardware building, which overlooks downtown Columbus. The three spaces, which seat between 175 - 250 guests, will include Revery - the rooftop space built in 2017 which features retractable walls and roof - and Post 4 and Brick & Mortar - both industrial/loft style spaces. Capitol Equities finalizes property sale to AEP Capitol Equities finalizes the sale of the Marble Cliff Place campus at the prominent Fifth Ave and Riverside Drive corner - where Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff Place meets - to American Electric Power Company. MDwise Moves to New Indianapolis Offices Capitol Equities welcomes MDwise to its new Indianapolis headquarters at 2955 North Meridian Avenue.
