Fahlgren Announces Move To Easton

Columbus, OH (December 17, 2007)

Communications agency Fahlgren Inc. announced today it will be moving to a newly built office space at Easton and combining its two central Ohio offices under one roof. Fahlgren Inc. comprises Fahlgren Advertising and Fahlgren Mortine Public Relations and employs approximately 110 people locally and another 50 in offices in Ohio, West Virginia, Florida and Atlanta. The move will bring approximately 60 new jobs into the City of Columbus.

The company’s move to 4860 Easton Station marks the final phase of a merger that took place four years ago, leaving the company with two area locations 15 miles apart. According to Fahlgren Inc. CEO Steve Drongowski, the company worked with Capitol Equities to conduct a search that included several spaces in the central Ohio area, but finally settled on Easton because it met all the criteria.

“There’s also a dimension to Easton unique among all the locations we considered,” Drongowski said. “Much of our business is about engaging consumers and helping our clients sell goods and services. Easton will expose our people every day to consumer behavior and retail trends and to the most current best practices of great marketers. It can only help make our work better. When we combine that with great access to the airport and freeways, the security and all the amenities for our employees and clients, we decided Easton was a terrific choice for our business.”

Fahlgren will occupy two floors and more than 30,000 square feet of the building, which is adjacent to the main Easton Station atrium. Fahlgren plans to make the move during the second quarter of 2008.

“Fahlgren is a great fit for our new offices at Easton Station,” said Adam Flatto, president of The Georgetown Company, co-developers of Easton. “We designed this building to be premier office and retail space in an environment that offers the best amenities available anywhere in central Ohio. Likewise, Fahlgren is a premier advertising and communications agency featuring creative professionals that help fuel our mixed-use environment. These are the kinds of jobs we want at Easton and for Columbus.”

“Our people are doing some powerful work right now,” Drongowski said. “I’m really excited about what we can do once we have all that talent sharing ideas and working together under one roof.”
