Marconi Square Renews sparkspace Lease

Columbus, OH (September 24, 2012)

MarconiEntrancesparkspace has renewed its lease in the Arena District for ten years.

sparkspace, a business meeting and conference center, has been a tenant at Marconi Square, 300 Marconi Boulevard, since 2001.

The new lease consists of 6,454 square feet inside the former Dean & Barry paint factory on the corner of Marconi Boulevard. and Nationwide Boulevard – now known as Marconi Square and the Marconi Design Center.

Marconi Square is owned by Putnam Hill Company, the partnership responsible for the redevelopment of Marconi Square and the Marconi Design Center, and is represented by Capitol Equities Realty.
