Capitol Equities, a commercial real estate firm based in Columbus, Ohio announced today the addition of 101 East Town Street in downtown Columbus to its leasing and property management portfolio.
This 55,000+ square foot building at the corner of Third and Town Streets is currently undergoing renovation by its new ownership, Four Points Real Estate Development.
Already signed, the Goddard School will be opening its first downtown child-care facility on the first and second floors of 101 East Town Street with an anticipated opening date of early September 2007.
Also on-site is a tier-3 data center, Datacenter-101, which will provide data storage and disaster recovery services nationwide from its third floor facility. DC-101 will be the only tier-3 data center throughout the Midwest.
The extensive renovations for this facility include redundant power supplies, back-up generators, high-quality security systems and immediate access to numerous fiber and phone providers for its clients. These services cut the set-up time for all new building tenants from weeks to hours, providing greater productivity and less down-time during an office relocation.
