Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio will be moving to its new office space at Officescape I, in the city of Worthington later this week. The organization’s move to 500 West Wilson Bridge Road marks the end of a many month search conducted by Capitol Equities to locate a new office environment for Central Ohio’s largest nonprofit organization.
Says J.R. Kern, principal of Capitol Equities, “Economic incentives available to our client [Lutheran Social Services] were definitely a factor in choosing its new office location. While we considered numerous sites throughout Central Ohio, Officescape I ultimately provided the best combination of incentives – location, rent, office conditions and grants offered by the city of Worthington.”
Lutheran Social Services will be operating in 10,000 square feet of updated office space with over 30 employees to be based at the facility.
