About The Event

The James B. Recchie Design award is named for one of the founding trustees of the Columbus Landmarks Foundation, which has worked tirelessly to support great architecture and design in central Ohio since 1997. Their dedication to the advocacy, promotion and preservation of landmarks and neighborhoods in Columbus have a direct impact on the dynamic, thriving community we experience today.

By supporting this organization, and celebrating the 2015 finalists, you assist their on-going mission to preserve the distinctive character and quality of life we experience in central Ohio.  Hosting the 2015 Award Reception is a special honor for us as the Smith Bros’ Hardware building is a past recipient (2000) of the James B. Recchie Award.
